Our houjicha is locally made by roasting sencha green tea from Son La province at high temperature so that the tea develops its unique color of brown and its caffeine and tannin components are eliminated to the maximum. It has a distinct flavor with a gentle caramel-roasted rice note and creamy smooth mouthfeel.

Very low in caffeine, suitable even for bedtime.
