Tea was picked from ancient Snow Shan tea trees that are more than 600 years old at an altitude of 1500–2000 m in the Tay Con Linh mountain range. Using the traditional method on a handmade cast iron pan to eliminate the natural yeast in the tea, resulting in a fresh and bamboo-ess fragrance.
